Stove-top cooking: Cooks like any regular pasta! 4.5 quarts (4.26 litres) of water. 1. Boiling wide pot preferred. 2. Al dente 12-14 mins medium – high stir occasionally. 3. Water rinse cold water for superb texture. 4. Ready! Tips for cooking gluten-free pastas: Ample water. Wide pot. Medium-high heat. Easy & energy-saving cooking method. 1. Bring water to boil. 2.
