From our first corn meal product - polenta, a traditional italian dish. We have created and developed gluten-free, organic, and functional products that are both delicious and nutritious. Traditional corn flakes delicious toasted flakes of corn. Nicoli traditional corn flakes are made from italian organic corn, which is steamed and toasted to make our crispy flakes low in fat and sodium. Our traceability quality: it all starts from a careful selection of the best corn varieties supplied by our Italian farmers. Nicoli manages and directly controls all stages of its supply chain; from the growing to the storage, and processing of highest quality gluten free cereals.
