Cooking Instructions: 2 Easy methods. 1. Pho Soup: Prep Time: 5 minutes. Ingredients You Will Need: 4 cups Chicken/Vegetable broth (for low sodium, use water); 1/2 lb thinly sliced chicken/tofu; 1 cup chopped cilantro; 2 wedges lime. Step 1: Boil Broth (for low sodium, use water) & spice packet in a saucepan. Step 2: Add chicken/tofu & noodles. Heat 1 min until Noodles are tender. Add cilantro. Squeeze lime all over. Serve immediately. 2. Pho Stir Fry: Prep Time: 4 minutes. Ingredients You Will Need: 2 tbsp Toasted sesame oil; 2 cups fresh spinach (optional). Step 1: Soak Noodles in 4 cups hot water for 3 mins, cover. Drain & toss with toasted sesame oil. Step 2: On low heat in saucepan, saute Noodles with 1/4 Spice Packet & spinach for 1 min.
