What you need: 1 tsp. Oil. 1-1/4 cups Water. 1/2 lb Boneless skinless chicken thighs. Optional garnish: 1 Bunch green onions. Ready in under 30 mins. 1. Prep Ingredients: Slice 1/4 cup green onions. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. 2. Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 to 6 min. or until evenly browned. 3. Add 1-1/4 cups water, rice and vegetable blend; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. 4. Cover; simmer 17 to 19 min. or until most of the water is gone. Remove from heat. 5. Add Szechuan-Style sauce; stir to continue. 6. Stir in green onions. Enjoy! Chef's Tip: Add 2 additional sliced green onions to the skillet after browning the chicken in Step 2; cook 30 sec.
