Kit Includes: Cilantro Lime White Rice. Mild Mexican seasoning mix. Mild queso blanco sauce. You Will Need: 1 lb. Lean ground beef; 2/3 cup water; 1-3/4 cups water for rice; 1 tablespoon butter. Seasoned Beef in 3 Easy Steps! For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Refrigerate leftovers. (1) Cook Rice: Add water, rice, and butter to 2-quart saucepan; stir well. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 20 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. While rice is cooking - (2) Cook Ground Beef: Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes, breaking up and stirring; drain. Stir in 2/3 cup water and seasoning mix; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 2 to 4 minutes, stirring often, until thickened. (3) Serve beef with rice.
