Add ground beef or chicken. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions: If Using Beef: You Will Need: 1 lb lean ground beef. 2-3/4 cups hot water. 1 cup milk. 1. Brown: Brown beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes, breaking up and stirring. Drain; return cooked beef to skillet. If Using Chicken: You Will Need: 1 lb uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts. 1 tsp butter. 2-3/4 cups hot water. 1 cup milk. 1. Brown: Brown beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes, breaking up and stirring. Drain; return cooked beef to skillet. 1. Cook chicken into 1/2-inch pieces. Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 3 minutes, stirring often. 2. Stir: Stir in hot water, milk, sauce mix and rice. Heat to boiling. 3. Simmer: Reduce heat. Cover, simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Top: Sprinkle with corn chips. Refrigerate leftovers. Add your own twists!
