Keep frozen & cook thoroughly. Cooking instructions: Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to use. For safety. Must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by use of a food thermometer. Oven: Yes, ovens take longer, but it tastes (and smells) better that way. One: Preheat oven to 380°F. Remove bowl from carton and place on a cookie sheet. Two: Place cookie sheet on center rack of oven (6-8" from heating element). Cook for 25-30 minutes. Three: Carefully remove from oven, stir and let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Microwave: Microwaves work, too. But would nonna approve? One: Remove bowl from carton and puncture film 2-3 times evenly spaced with a fork. Two: Place bowl on a microwave safe plate and place in microwave. Cook 4-5 minutes. Three: Carefully remove from microwave, stir and let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
