Gluten free. Fat free. Pre-cooked. Ready to heat & serve. There may be some water separation, this is normal.

Cut into 1/2 inch slices, use 2-3 slices per serving, top with your favorite sauce, then heat in microwave for 60-90 seconds on high. In conventional ovens, bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Or pan fry on medium heat with small amount of oil or butter (higher heat for crisper texture). Then serve as plain accompaniment or top with sauce and grated cheese. Quick Recipe Ideas: Toss cubes of Polenta into your favorite soups. Great for lasagna, place layers of sliced Polenta topped with spaghetti sauces, cheeses, ground beef, top with more mozzarella and bake. For Tex-Mex, top with chili, onions & cheddar cheese, then bake, top with guacamole or salsa! Great for snacks. Microwave slices with butter, salt and pepper. Refrigerate after opening. Do not freeze.
