Directions: 1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. 2. Stir in rice mix and 2 tbsp of olive oil or butter (optional). 3. Cover saucepan and reduce heat to simmer, cook for 20-25 minutes. 4. Remove from heat and let stand for 3 minutes.
