Microwave: Place water and content of bag in microwave-safe bowl. Add oil if desired. Cover, microwave on high. Wait until water is absorbed, then fluff. Serving 2 bags 1 bag + 1 cup water. Serving 2 bags + 2 cups water each bag makes about 1 1/2 cups. Microwave Cook Times: 1 bag = 10 minutes. 2 bags = 15 minutes. Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times are approximate.
