Ready to eat in 25 mins! Stovetop: Boil 1 3/4 cups water in a small saucepan, add 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil or vegetable oil & contents of package. Reduce heat to low, cover loosely and simmer for 12-18 minutes or until water absorbed. Turn off heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving. Microwave: In a microwave safe container combine 2 cups water and contents of basmati rice box. Cover loosely. Cook on high for 5 minutes, stir & re-cover. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 8 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
