Cooking Instructions: Makes about 2 cups. Boil: Bring 3 cups water or broth to boil on medium pot. Cook: Stir in 1 cup beans. Boil over medium heat for 7 minutes. Remove from heat. Finish: Cover and let stand 5 -10 minutes (depending on desired texture) Drain, as needed. Do not eat raw. Fully cook before eating.
