Pasta Valente has been handcrafting pasta in Virginia Since 1982. The dough is rolled, cut, naturally air-dried and hand packed. Our unique flavors and texture create an authentic Italian experience. Our vegetable fettuccine has the subtle flavor and texture of 3 vegetables: carrot, beet and spinach. It is perfect for pasta primavera; sauteed vegetables in olive oil and seasoned with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
