Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Cook immediately or within a day of purchase steam crab legs over a boiling liquid. Season with old bay or crab boil. Steam for 5-10 minutes or until red in color. Serve with melted butter.
