Thawing Instructions: Place desired amount of scallops from bag in a bowl and thaw in the refrigerator overnight. If not completely thawed, place scallops in a colander stirring occasionally under cold running water to ensure even thawing for 5-7 minutes and drain/ Scallops are ready for use in your favorite recipe. Bay Scallops are very delicate and should not be overcooked. For ideal flavor, broiling or sauteing is recommended. Bake only as part of a casserole recipe. Scallops are cooked through when they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F and they are opaque in appearance. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze.
