Thawing Instructions: Place fillets on an uncovered dish under refrigeration overnight, or up to 25 hours, until fillers are thawed. Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place fish on oiled baking sheet. Cook 7-10 minutes. Deep Fry: 1. Dip thawed fillets in beaten egg, coat with flour or bread crumbs. 2. Heat oil to 375 degrees F. 3. Once pan or fryer is hot, season fillets with salt and place in the pan or fryer. 4. Fry fish until golden brown. Safe Handling Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F or until flesh is opaque and flakes easily. Appliances vary; cooking times are approximate. Keep frozen.
