Thawing Instructions: Place the fish in the refrigerator until they are fully thawed. Quick Thaw Instructions: Place fish under cold running water until fish is fully thawed. Cooking Instructions: Thaw fish prior to cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Cook times are approximate as appliances vary. Bake: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place fish in an oiled baking dish. Season to taste. Bake for 8-15 minutes per inch of thickness (measured at thickest part of the portion). Fish should easily flake with a fork when done. Pan Fry: Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season to taste. Cook for 8-10 minutes per inch of thickness (measured at thickest part of the portion). Flip the fish halfway through the cook time. Fish should be golden brown and crispy when done. Air Fryer: Set air fryer to 400 degrees F. Lightly spray or coat fish with cooking oil and place in a single layer. Cook for 8-15 minutes per inch of thickness (measured at thickest part of the portion). For best results flip the fish halfway through the cook time. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze. Storage Instructions: Keep frozen at or below O degree F. For best quality, use before best by date. Once thawed, keep refrigerated at or below 40 degrees F and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.
