SAFE HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS. Keep refrigerated. Keep raw fish separated from other food. Wash cooking utensils with soap and hot water between preparation of fish and other ready-to-eat foods. Microwave Oven: Use scissors to cut top film and remove or fold to the side. Drain excess liquid. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Tray may be very hot, be careful when removing from microwave oven. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F. Remove salmon portion from tray and place in a non-stick or foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until salmon is cooked thoroughly (internal temperature of 145°F) and reaches a flakey texture.
