Keep frozen. Cooking Directions: Do not defrost. Use an 8 quart pot. Add 2 carrots, peeled and cut in half, 2 onions, peeled and quartered, 1 tsp salt and 1 /2 tsp pepper to 2 quarts water. Bring to a boil. Add frozen fish loaf with inner paper wrapper. Return to boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 1 hour. Refrigerate. Remove paper and slice.
