Countertop Air Fryer: Arrange single layer of f'sh filets on bottom of fryer basket or rack. Cook at 400 degrees F for 12 to 14 minutes. Short on Time? Microwave (1100 Watt)/Stovetop: First Microwave: Place two frozen f'sh filets on a microwave-safe plate and microwave on high for 1 minute. Transfer to a nonstick skillet and cook over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Fryer: Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry frozen f'sh filets for 5 to 5-1/2 minutes.
