Bake: Toaster Oven Instructions: (1) Preheat oven at 425 degrees F (218 degrees C). (2) Lightly brush/spray pan and frozen fish fillet with oil. Bake fish fillet on tray for 18 mins then flip. (3) Bake fish fillet for another 6-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Suggestion: Let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving. Individual appliances may vary. For food safety, cook thoroughly until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). These cooking instructions are guidelines only. Cook thoroughly. Stovetop Instructions: (1) Preheat skillet over medium heat and add 2 tsp of oil. (2) Place frozen fish fillet on skillet. (3) Cook fish fillet for 8-10 minutes in total until golden brown and crispy (flipping halfway). Air Fryer Instructions: (1) Preheat air fryer at 360 degrees F (182 degrees C). (2) Lightly brush/spray frozen fish fillet with oil. Air fry fish fillets for 13 minutes then flip. (3) Air fry for another 7-8 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Keep frozen.
