Keep frozen. Cook from frozen: Preparation suggestions. Oven: preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Remove Pacific Sustainable Seafood Gluten-Free fish portions from all packaging and place on a non-oiled baking sheet. Bake on one side for 6-7 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 7 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Remove portions from the oven and let them cool slightly before eating. Deep fry: set deep fryer temperature to 350°F and preheat. Once oil has reached temperature, place Pacific Sustainable Seafood Gluten-Free fish portions into oil for 3-4 minutes until batter is golden brown. Remove from fryer and place on paper towels, allowing fish to cool slightly before eating. Serving suggestions: Pacific Sustainable Seafood Gluten-Free fish portions can be served as traditional fish and chips as well as on a sandwich, and in tacos, wraps and burritos. To add to your favorite salad, just cut up and place on top and/or toss in. Use your favorite gluten-free condiments and toppings.
