Cooking instructions. For food safety and quality, please follow these cooking instructions. Keep frozen until ready to prepare - do not refreeze. Conventional oven. Place oven rack in center of the oven. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake for 26 to 31 minutes. Turn fillets after 20 minutes of baking. Note: since appliances vary, these cooking instructions are only a guideline. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
