Cooking Instructions from Frozen: Skillet: Preheat skillet to medium-high heat. Place frozen fillets in a single layer into skillet and cook for 10 to 11 minute, turning over halfway cooking. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Note: Since appliances vary. These cooking instructions are only a guideline. Cook to an internal temperature of 155 degrees minimum. Keep frozen.
