Thaw: To Thaw: Remove frozen fillet from pouch, plate, cover, and thaw overnight in refrigerator. Never thaw at room temperature, or refreeze once thawed. To quick-thaw for immediate use, run cold water over sealed pouch until fillet is completely thawed. Grill: Preheat to medium heat. Thawed: Lightly oil grill rack, and grill for 4 minutes per side. For crispy skin, grill skin down first. Frozen: Increase temperature to medium-high heat. Place fillet on a lightly oiled piece of tinfoil, loosely crimp foil edges together to form a pouch, and grill for 18 to 22 minutes. Broil: Arrange rack in center and preheat oven broiler to high heat. For crispy skin, broil thawed fillet skin down on a lightly oiled, shallow baking pan for 8 minutes. Flip to skin up, and broil 2 more minutes. Microwave: Microwave (1100-Watt Oven): Place thawed fillet on microwave-safe plate, loosely cover, and cook on high power for 3 to 4 minutes. Flip fillet halfway through cooking. Caution! Steam can cause burns - Use caution when removing hot food! Conventional Oven: Arrange rack in center and preheat to 375 degrees F. Bake on a lightly oiled, shallow baking pan. For crispy skin, bake skin down first, then flip to skin up halfway through cooking. Thawed: 12 to 15 minutes. Frozen: About 30 minutes. Cooking Instructions: Our delicious Atlantic Salmon can conveniently be prepared from frozen or thawed. For the best food quality and safety, follow these instructions: Note: Broiling or Microwaving from frozen not recommended. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 155 degrees F for grill, oven, or broil, and 165 degrees F for microwave. Warning: While every effort has been made to remove bones from this product, some bones may remain. Please use caution when consuming. Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
