Microwave: Film will expand while cooking: this is normal. Remove label from tray. Do not pierce or remove film. Microwave on 70% power for 6-7 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute: carefully remove film as steam may be hot. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Cooking times are based on a 1200W microwave. Internal temperature of fish must reach 145 degrees F. Keep frozen. Keep frozen until ready to use.
