Thawing Instructions: Place bag in a bowl and thaw in refrigerator overnight. To quick thaw, place shrimp in a container under cold running water, stirring carefully to ensure thawing evenly. Let drain in colander for about 2 minutes. Do not refreeze. Stove Top Cooking Instructions: Bring lightly salted water to a boil. Add shrimp. When water returns to boil, the shrimp should almost be ready. Shrimp are cooked when flesh is pink and tails are curled. Rinse in cold water and place in refrigerator for bout a hour before serving. Keep frozen.
