These Red Shrimp are harvested in the crisp, cold, clear waters off the Patagonian coast of Argentina. They have a sweet flavor and a delicate texture reminiscent of lobster. These Deep-Water Red Shrimp are offered in all forms and sizes.
To Thaw Shrimp: Place the frozen shrimp in a colander under cold running water for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain well. *Keep frozen until ready to use. Thawed shrimp must be kept refrigerated and be used within 2 days. Cooking Suggestions: Broil: Set the oven to broil. Place peeled shrimp in an oiled pan and season. Broil it for 8 to 10 minutes. Stir-Fry: Stir-fry raw shrimp in a hot wok (medium-high heat, about 375 degrees F) with vegetables and sauce. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently until the shrimp are fully cooked. *Make sure to cook the shrimp until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Frozen product. Store in freezer. Keep frozen. Open.
