Details
Our smoked fish products are produced in small batches using only handpicked, fresh farm-raised Atlantic Salmon fillets, hardwood smoke and all-natural ingredients. The small amount of oil you may find on the surface of our jerky is the omega-3 containing oil naturally found in Atlantic Salmon. The carotenoids used in the feed of farm-raised salmon are identical to those consumed by salmon in the wild and are the source of this fish's color. Naturally double-smoked over American hardwoods with no chemical additives.
