Keep frozen / Cook thoroughly. Skillet cooking instructions: Remove bisque roux packet from bag. Add 2 tablespoons of butter in a 3 quart or larger pot over medium/high heat. Pour vegetables, shrimp from bag into pot and saute for 4 minutes. Pour 3 1/2 cups of water (or for a richer, creamier bisque, add heavy cream or half & half) into the pot and whisk in the bisque roux seasoning slowly, making sure to mix the roux completely without lumps. Bring bisque to a slow boil then reduce heat and let sit for 3 minutes. Stir and serve immediately. Cooking times may vary depending upon equipment. Modify time as needed. Product should be cooked thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 71°C or 160°F.
