Boil: Dissolve contents of 1 packet in 1 cup boiling water. 1 Packet bouillon = 1 cube bouillon = 1 teaspoon granulated bouillon. Uses: Add to soup, stew, gravies, sauces and stir-fry and bring to a boil. Add to water when boiling rice, pasta, couscous, potatoes and vegetables. Use to season poultry prior to cooking to 165 degrees F. Use to season fish prior to cooking to 155 degrees F. For tasty turkey burgers: mix 1 packet bouillon into each pound of ground turkey. Shape into patties and grill to 165 degrees F. Lift tab to open.
